Configure your VPN from Windows 10

The VPN, or Virtual Private Network, is an inter-network connection allowing to connect 2 networks by a tunnel by isolating the traffic, which increases the security of your connection.

After having scoured the web for free VPN, the result is hardly conclusive. On Android it's different. There are several free functional VPNs. So what about creating your own free VPN connection using Windows 10? Here's how to do it:


First method

  • Right click on the Internet access icon at the bottom of your screen on the right.
  • Open network and Internet settings.
  • Network and sharing center.
  • Configure a new connection or network.
  • Configure a dial-up or VPN connection to your workspace.
  • Following.
  • Do you want to use an existing connection? No, create a new connection.
  • How do you want to connect? Use my Internet connection (VPN)
  • Internet address: enter your IP address (do the following search in your browser with the following keywords: my IP address. You will easily find.)
  • Destination name: Name your connection of your choice
  • Create.
  • Click on the Internet access icon at the bottom of your screen on the right.
  • Your VPN connection appears.
  • Click on it and connect.
  • Enter your email from your Windows account (which manages your computer)
  • Enter the Windows password.
  • And there you go! You are connected!



Second method

  • Click the Windows start button.
  • Go to setting.
  • Network and Internet.
  • VPN
  • Add a VPN connection.
  • VPN provider: Windows 10 Integrated
  • Connection name: Name your connection of your choice.
  • Server name or address: Indicate your IP address.
  • Username: Your Windows account email.
  • Password: Windows password.
  • Get connected.
  • And there you go! You are connected!
