Problem: No Internet connection
Observe:

Connection problem:
What to do :
Ethernet (wired) or Wifi (wireless) connection
1. Check if the cable is properly connected.
2. If you are using a router, reset or unplug it, wait 15 seconds and plug it back in.
3. Same for the modem, if applicable.
Is the problem solved?
If not;
The network card may be disabled.
Click the Internet connection icon at the bottom of the screen to the right.

Change card settings
On the Ethernet or Wifi connection, click on the right and activate.
Is the problem solved?
If not;
On the Ethernet or Wifi connection, click on the right and have it diagnosed.
Try these fixes as an administrator.
Is the problem solved?
If not;
In Network and sharing center
Click on troubleshoot.
Check the troubleshooting list for what applies to you.
Run the troubleshooter.
If none of these solutions worked, it is possible that the problem comes from your internet provider.
