Create a desktop animated wallpaper on Windows.
- First, choose your video, not too big. (Around 15 Mo)
- If is to big, use your video editor and make it shorter.
- You can go on Pixabay to get one video free and without author right.
- Your video will probably be in avi or mp4. You should convert it in WMV.
- You can use ONLINE-CONVERT.
- Windows 10 doesnt support backgroud video in the parameters.
- You should use this Windows application to create an animated background.
- Install Desktop Live Wallpaper.
- Create a folder and put in your video in WMV.
- Open the application.
- Select your folder.
- Enjoy!
